Times Square sushi.
A London chain that sells individually wrapped sushi, bento boxes, and teriyaki chicken typa’ things, is rolling out a big U.S. expansion. Wasabi will open its first location in Times Square, followed by Garment District and Hell’s Kitchen. The Times Square venue has 2,200 square feet and the ghost of a Burger King. [WSJ]
