Hard to believe, but when Marc Vetri opened Alla Spina back in February, missing from the menu was the most fundamental of gastropub staples: a burger. This week one was added, and it’s a two all-beef patty beauty stacked high with a triple-layered potato bun, secret sauce, lettuce, pickles, and onions. All that’s missing from it is a proper name.
