Spout Off: Bartending Stars on Where They See Cocktail Culture Going

If your favorite bartender looks a little bleary-eyed tonight, that’s because the tenth annual Tales of the Cocktail — the conference–cum–festival–cum–multi-day drinking party that’s become central to the spirits business — wrapped up in New Orleans this past weekend. While there, we took the opportunity to ask the people on the front lines what big booze movements they see coming over the next days, months, and even years. Read on to see what they had to say.
