Steven Cook, who is one half of the seemingly unstoppable partnership (with Michael Solomonov) behind Zahav, Percy Street Barbecue and Federal Donuts, will brave the elements this weekend to do free cooking demo at the Dickinson Square Farmers Market. He’ll be kicking it at the corner of Moyamensing Avenue and Morris Street on Sunday (July 8) at noon to show market-goers how to transform their hauls into delicious, seasonal dishes. The market itself will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
