
100 degree days canāt have helped move the Mac and Cheese, but the main reason the Southern Mac ānā Cheese Store in the Loop closed seems to be to focus on the main business, The Southern and to concentrate on catering mac ānā cheese events(and of course to take over the world with ModPans). Manager Evan Traub told 312 Dining Diva that closing the downtown location āwill allow us to work on bigger projects and have more flexibility.
