USA Today has named Peter Luger the “best steakhouse in the USA” — a hefty declaration based on “13 award-winning food writers, chefs and critics” like Cat Cora and James Oseland. Even Paula Deen, who’s now in the fat-trimming business, chimed in with, “Get the tomato and onion salad.” Because, yeah, that’s definitely what she orders. [USAT]
