Pop juggernaut Katy Perry has signed on as an investor, as well as the new public face and “creative partner” of Popchips. Perry replaces Ashton Kutcher, who made everyone unhappy when he pretended to be an Indian man named Raj in a commercial which was aired, then abruptly pulled, back in May.
