Gordon Ramsay must be beating the house in Sin City, as today the kitchen despot announces his plan to open a second Las Vegas restaurant in late 2012. Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is coming to Caesar’s Palace, replacing Bradley Ogden’s eponymous restaurant and following fast on the May opening of Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Paris hotel and casino. Along with putting Gordo’s familiar and Middle America-marketable name in lights, the new restaurant will offer the kind of seasonal pub fare Ramsay is also planning at the Grove shopping center in L.A. with his project Fat Cow, including bangers and mash and a London broil. Here’s hoping the walls will be thick enough to keep his rabid tongue from badgering the posh guests at nearby Nobu Hotel. Wait, did someone say badger?
