Food Truckers to Let Uber Do the Driving For the Brewerytown Roundup

Contrary to its misleading name, there are no breweries in the Brewerytown neighborhood. But when Philly Mobile Food Association holds its food truck roundup there next Friday (July 27), which is being billed as the largest ever gathering of food trucks in Philly, you’ll have the opportunity to have your beer and drink it too. The fest’s organizers have roped in Gypsy Bar, which will have two tents set up where four to five Pennsylvania craft brews will be flowing. And should you overdo it on the beers, PMFA has partnered with on-demand car-service app Uber, which is offering $10 discounts on rides to and from the event. They’ve also partnered with LevelUp, which is offering up to $10 credit for purchases at participating food trucks for new users. Check the PMFA website for coupon codes.
