Fiona Walshe, the 39-year-old San Jose woman who was with her partner at that Eddie Griffin set at Tommy T’s Comedy Steakhouse in Pleasanton last week when she got pulled into a well publicized heckling situation with the comedian, is now talking about suing. Walshe, who’s a CEO, claims that Griffin started it, calling her “rigid” because she was in the front row and wasn’t laughing (she claims no one was) when Griffin announced he’d been drunk for a week straight. Then when her partner put a hand on her shoulder, Griffin allegedly started heckling them for being lesbians, saying he could “show them a good time.” He also started thrusting his pelvis in her face, she says, and she got fed up. Eventually, Walshe threw a drink at him, and he emptied a water bottle or two on her, after which she and her partner left the club. Walshe claims Griffin further attacked them outside the club, and he later referred to her as a “dyke bitch” on Facebook. She says she will sue if Griffin doesn’t apologize. [SFist, Earlier]
