Mixologist Dave Arnold brought his chemistry lab to Jimmy Fallon last night, to make one of his favorite Booker and Dax concoctions, the Bangkok daiquiri. And with the help of a sous-superhero late-night host who wants to star in Batman badly. Bedecked with lab goggles and rubber gloves, Fallon swirled vapors of liquid nitrogen with evil laughter that caught Arnold off guard. Watch the funny clip below.
