Circles Contemporary Asian (aka Circles Thai) has kept its twin eat-in and take-out spots in South Philly dark since Friday, due to PGW crews working nearby. The popular Newbold Thai spot put the word out via its Facebook, stating that it expects to be opened again by the end of the week. In the meantime, its NoLibs offshoot remains open, and just started serving lunch every day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. [Circles/Facebook]
