Gareth Kanner of Silver Lake’s Cafe Stella is the proud papa of a newly opened bar space attached to his charming French bistro. Called Bar Stella, it’s a Moroccan-themed room with a marble headed bar, outdoor patio, oil paintings of exotic birds, leather poufs, and waiters in white jackets, recalling Casablanca sans Sam and devoid of hookahs.
