Superstition be damned, for surely good fortune awaits those who grab a seat at Sbraga this Friday the 13th. That’s when the Top Chef champ hosts fellow season seven star Angelo Sosa. Last time Sosa was expected to cook here, the pop-up at the old Washington Square space (now Talula’s Garden) fell through. This time around Sosa’s coming to push his new book, Flavor Exposed: 100 Global Recipes from Sweet to Salty, Earthy to Spicy, which leads us to believe that no matter what, the dinner will go off without a hitch. The five course, $100 feast features dishes from the book, which each guest will receive a copy of with the dinner. Space is limited, reservations are required, and seating begin at 5 p.m. Keep reading for a peep at the menu.
