Ordinarily Amada’s signature cochinillo asado (roast suckling pig) is only available to parties of four or more and that’s provided they’ve ordered the piglet at least 48 hours ahead of time. But for one night only (Sunday, July 22) Iron Chef Jose Garces’ flagship restaurant will serve the dish as an all-you-can-eat option. For just $55 per person, guest will get the roast pig, verde salad, tortilla Espanola, chorizo a la planxa, and a bunch of other goodies. Two seatings are available from 4 to 6 p.m., and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Reservations are required.
