The always entertaining folks at Yards Brewing Company are taking their sudsy show on the road to Atlantic City Thursday night (June 21). At Caesars they are going to school guests at Georges Perriers’ and Chris Scarduzio’s Mia with a fascinating history lesson about beer — more specifically their beer. They’re going to be pouring six of their signature brews, and giving a little explanation of each. Mia’s staff will match each beer with a dish. The menu includes Mallard duck sausage with sweet and sour cabbage; turtle Brawler soup; IPA salted cod cakes; and more. Yards beers on offer will include Brawler, IPA, ESA, Thomas Jefferson Tavern Ale, Poor Richards Tavern Spruce Ale, and George Washington Tavern Porter. All will be poured from cask-conditioned firkins. Start time is 7 p.m., and the cost is $90 per person, which includes tax, gratuity, and beers.
