What did we say a couple of weeks ago? That wine dinners are coming out of the woodwork this time of year. Here’s a new batch, starting with Bin 36’s Wine 103, the third in its series of “Bin School” classes. Wine 103 is about pairing cheese and wine; wine director Brian Duncan will show you the basics of food and wine pairing and then break out the cheese to show how wine and cheese can enhance each other. The class and everything you’ll eat and drink in it is $60, it’s on Tuesday, June 19th, and you go here for tickets. Now on to more wine dinners.
