West Bridge’s Matt Gaudet once toiled at the French Laundry; Bondir’s Jason Bond was at Chez Panisse; Menton’s Colin Lynch was at Taillevent in Paris; and Sweet Cheeks’ Tiffani Faison paid her dues at Daniel.
