Beer Belly will celebrate Fourth of July this year by joining forces with Echo Park’s Filipino-American barbecue crew, The Park’s Finest, at the Koreatown pub. This “backyard boogie,” as it’s being called, runs from noon to five and will include more food than last year, when the restaurant ran out in two hours. If Andrew Zimmern’s an able Zoltar, Pinoy eats will reach a peak in two years, or you can refuse to wait it out and get your hands on The Finest’s coconut beef and cornbread bibingka, served with pulled pork, hot links, and chicken and priced per plate. Beer Belly will also offer its standard menu, as well as buckets of canned craft beer priced at $12 for four. See the full menu below.
