Starting Tuesday, June 26, and ending the following Sunday, chef Adam Horton of Studio City’s Raphael is offering a seven-course “rainbow” prix-fixe menu using ingredients that share shades to create a full color spread of dishes. Horton’s ROY G. BIV menu starts with the color red in a dish of kimchi, tomato, and chili-scented palm powder and end, like the rainbow itself, with the color violet in a dessert of chocolate mousse with beet meringue, violet gel, and sorbet. In honor of June being LGBT Pride Month, proceeds from the $80 menu (which serves two) go to defeat mean, old, unconstitutional Proposition 8 on Wednesday.

Bartender Chris Parke will add a rainbow cocktail for nine bucks, which will have to symbolize the pot of gold for now. See Horton’s full spectrum of rainbow dishes on the menu, below. Make reservations over email and who knows? You could wind up “all the way” as stoked as this dude.
