Vegans and fans of that whole part of the bible about Eve being from Adam’s rib alike will be pleased to know the sandwich artists at Subway have been doing some creation of their own, and are now test-marketing riblets made from soy. Apparently, in part the results of an animal advocacy group’s efforts, the fast-food chain is serving three vegan sandwiches at select Virginia-area locations. Choices include “Sweet Riblet, Malibu Greek and Italian Black Bean.” Sounds good, but can they do vegan and raw? [ABC News, Earlier]
