St-Feuillien is a Belgian brewery in La Roeulx, Belgium, brewing classic Belgian styles such as blondes, triples, saisons and the like. Publican Quality Meats… well, you know who that is. Wednesday evening PQM and The Publican beer director Michael McAvena will put on a special four-course family style meal, preceded by an hour-long beer reception (and we have a feeling beer will be involved in the rest of the evening too), highlighting the unique beers of this old school brewery. It’s from 7 to 10 p.m., $95 gets you all your food and drink… and a portion goes to the Chicago Food Depository. For reservations, call 312-496-0012 and speak with Sarah or Deanna; we’ve got a rough version of the menu (still in progress, sure to be good!) below. Update: an earlier version of this post incorrectly said the dinner was at The Publican.
