
Following the kitchen-staff shake-up earlier this week, Isa reopened last night with an all-new “Born Again” menu. Freemans and Peels chefs Ginger and Preston Madson rallied to pull off the new lineup, which looks a lot like the old one visually, but offers somewhat simpler, more Italian-leaning dishes, and at least one grilled specialty, a bone-in pork chop.
