A new panini place called Hot Press that’s been in the works for about a year has finally opened at 2966 Mission Street (between 25th and 16th). It’s in a former dollar store, and as Thrillist reports, the sandwich selection is “epic” and involves a liberal use of melty Emmentaler cheese. You can check out the full menu here, and you should note that they’ve named a panini after Roger Ebert’s favorite late-night club venue, The EndUp. Hot Press opens today at noon, and will otherwise be open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. [Thrillist]
