The Daily Show has already weighed in once on Mayor Bloomberg’s proposed soda ban (Jon Stewart isn’t a fan), but new proposed legislation that would relax penalties for pot possession has piqued Stewart’s interest once again. That’s because, if all this proposed legislation goes through, it will kinda sorta be more acceptable to carry around a cupful of pot than a cupful of Coke. Crazy times, right?
