
This week’s Food Wise Tour, which meets every other Tuesday at noon at The Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture information booth in the Ferry Building, will be serving up samples of creamy Humphry Slocombe honey ice cream. At this regular lunchtime tour, CUESA’s market chef, Elianna Friedman, provides an inside look at the season’s best offerings, while sharing pointers for enjoying the harvest at home.
Additionally, Bay Area Bites published a recipe of Slocombe’s Blue Bottle Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream, along with a review of the recently released Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream Book, which was penned by the Scoop’s Paolo Lucchesi.
