So last week we offered Grub Street Chicago readers the chance to work alongside Incanto and Food Network chef Chris Cosentino at a demo at Williams-Sonoma to promote his new book, “Beginnings: My Way To Start A Meal.” We selected reader Matt Weinstein from more than a dozen people who wanted to do it and had their Friday afternoon free, and here he is working alongside Chef Cosentino to prepare Artichoke Mint & Lemon and Egg & Anchovy Crostini from the book. We had good reports back on Matt’s energetic work and skill, so we congratulate him on the gig and thank him for keeping up the team name. Good work, Matt!
