
It’s been six months since we heard that chef Sean Canavan was leaving Bluestem Brasserie, only six months into the restaurant’s life. But yesterday the restaurant finally announced two co-executive chefs: Josh Lucas, the chef de cuisine who we already knew was helming the kitchen in the interim, and Francis Hogan who has also been in the kitchen throughout this transition. The pair will be sharing duties, and owners Adam and Stacy Jed say that the two have “complementary skill sets and shared philosophies.”
