Blanca, the twelve-seat couture restaurant in the back of Roberta’s in Bushwick, is a new Carlo Mirarchi restaurant flying so far under the radar that Grub Street didn’t even have a hunch when we took our ripped jeans and red Ray-Bans there just the other day. And that’s too bad, because even though Sifton (deliberately?) skirts around the issue of how the food actually tastes, the whole endeavor sounds pretty fabulous. [NYT]
