Bacaro’s Chipotle Aioli

Following the splash Adam Fleischman made by putting Umami Burger’s master sauce and Gindo’s Spice of Life into bottles, Bacaro Wine Bar introduces a pre-packed condiment of its very own. The South Central oenophile, the first project opened by Santos Uy (now of Mignon and Papilles), tells us it’s bottling the all-natural chipotle aioli dipping sauce found on the bar’s well-liked serving of “Noa’s” roasted cauliflower. The sauce is currently being sold at Bacaro for $5 a bottle and also available for shipping.
