Recently Wow Bao’s more-than-usually-entertaining Twitter feed, @BaoMouth, gave us a more honest look behind the scenes: they linked to a short video made to help sell the Wow Bao concept to mall developers and the like. Much of it is in the finest corporate-speak, seeing you the consumer as a cog in Wow Bao’s conveyor belt of cash. But believe us, having been on the inside of Food Inc. in our past lives, at least this is the work of people who like food and want to spread fun, and aren’t just talking market share and dayparts.
