Onetime Top Chef contender Jen Zavala, who we told you was holding things down at Fishtown’s Interstate Draft House while simultaneously cruising around with the Cherrybomb Bus and co-hosting the occasional Hen’s Revenge industry parties, has a new brunch menu ready to drop on Sunday, May 27. It draws inspiration from the hearty trucker chow found at filling stations and rest stops along the interstate highways that wend their way through the American Southwest. Highlights include gator breakfast nachos with eggs, salsa verde and alligator sausage; filet and eggs tacos with cactus and smoked pico de gallo; and gator gravy and biscuits. Keep reading to peep the whole menu.
