What Jason Neroni Is Bringing to Pitfire Pizza This Week

This Wednesday and Thursday night at 7:00 P.M., peripatetic chef Jason Neroni is offering L.A. the first chance to sample dishes from Superba Snack Bar, the restaurant he’s bringing to Venice’s Rose Avenue with Pitfire Pizza owner Paul Hibler, planned to feature the chef’s handmade pastas and charcuterie on the ready-to-boom block. Neroni will set up at the Fairfax location of Pitfire this week to share five new menu items from the menu he’s working on, priced between $10-14. No reservations are needed to come in and order the dishes, which include chicken liver mousse on rye toast with balsamic cherries, a pizza with bone marrow, and a lamb bolognese garganelli with black garlic and smoked ricotta salata.
