Chicago Craft Beer Week still has a few days ahead, and if you’re into it you probably already know which remaining events you’re interested in, but you may not know about the series of videos that the week’s organizers have done with various top brewers around town. In the one we’ve embedded below, Jared Rouben of Goose Island Clybourn talks about the chef-brewer collaborations he’s done (such as this one with Kevin Hickey) and how he gets inspiration from chefs, and vice versa. But there are others worth checking out with brewers from Metropolitan, Half Acre and Haymarket Pub & Brewery, too.
