Not that long ago, Chicago was a bit of a doughnut dessert, except maybe around the edges on the far south side and certain burbs. Now suddenly we’re living in a paradise of new, upscale doughnut shops, with the lines to show for it, and the latest one, Scott Harris’ Glazed and Infused, will open the first two of its outlets on Monday: the mothership at 813 W. Fulton Market and one at 1576 N. Milwaukee (attached to Francesca Forno). Both open at 6:30 a.m.; Fulton closes at 2 p.m weekdays, 12:30 p.m. weekends, but Milwaukee will be open late various evenings. Both will offer 13 flavors (a baker’s dozen) each day; we have the list of flavors below.

Apple fritter
Vanilla bean glazed
Chocolate glazed
Raspberry glazed
Seasonal jelly filled
Maple bacon long john
PB & J
Crème brûlée
Red velvet
Vanilla cake chocolate frosted
Luscious lemon
Old fashioned
