On Thursday, April 26, Library Alehouse is welcoming Randy Clemens, author of the Sriracha Cookbook, along with El Segundo Brewing for a benefit for Share Our Strength called “Hops and Heat.” Clemens will pair a few of his spicy dishes with El Segundo Brewing beers like Hyperion stout aged in rum-soaked barrels, Citra Pale ale, and White Dog IPA. Both the beer and the bites will be offered a la carte (the beers will also be available in a flight), with a big share of the proceeds going to Share Our Strength’s mission to end childhood hunger.
