Last week, we mentioned that the Food Trust had two new installments of its insanely popular Night Markets lined up for this coming summer, now there’s word of yet another outing of food trucks on the horizon. This morning we received word that the Philadelphia Mobile Food Association, the nonprofit group recently launched to give mobile food vendors a voice in this town, is working with Yards Brewing Co. to offer a regular spot at the brewery for a food truck or two to set up shop every Saturday, beginning this coming weekend on April 21 from noon until 5 p.m. For the first installment, the truckers behind Vernalicious will hold court, serving up a mixed bag of burgers, dogs, sandwiches and some Vietnamese and Latin American specialties.
