The pub, helmed by the Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake condiment king Brian Poe, takes over the old Shangri-La space on Cambridge Street in Beacon Hill. Here’s where you’ll find that rotating selection of antelope, ostrich, yak, elk, and alligator that you’ve always craved.
