Next week, Unicef is reprising its annual Tap Project, which finds the global children’s non-profit teamed up with a variety of local restaurants to raise money for a program that helps bring clean water to children in developing countries. From March 19-25, a group of local restaurants will offer a non-mandatory fee of one-dollar for tap water, a donation that provides a child clean water for 40 days. Participating restaurants include Katsuya, Border Grill, Bazaar, and Lucques, while a full list can be viewed online via Google map.
