Anyone who’s spent any time on a TV shoot knows there is a lot of downtime. Even Tom, Gail, and Padma are sometimes forced to sit around while the crew gets things ready for Top Chef shoots. And Bravo has thoughtfully provided America with a brief video that shows us how the talent fills their time.
