Fire Struck Han Dynasty Last Night

We often make fun of combustible nature of the fiery Szechuan dishes that Han Chiang serves at his Han Dynasty, but it was no joke last night when real fire struck his popular Old City location. Seems a small, but rather smoky fire in basement kitchen quickly filled the street level dining room with smoke last night, causing a slight panic for customers, some of whom, Eater Philly reports, grabbed the plates in front of them before heading for safety outside. Fortunately, no one was injured and the restaurant only suffered minimal damage. It will be open for normal business today. [Eater Philly]
