BRT reports that the Chicken & Rice Guys will launch in April. They’ll sell chicken and rice (naturally!) with the white sauce popular at so many New York City street-meat carts … or zesty red sauce and lettuce, all tucked nicely into a warm pita. Lamb and veggie options are also on offer. Oddly, the truck will only be open on the weekends at BU and in front of the Boston Public Library. Strange, since we bet those buzzed BU kids would scarf down that stuff any night of the week. [BRT, Earlier]
