What to Eat — and Drink — on the Beagle’s Quirky New Brunch
East Village cocktail and food joint the Beagle launches brunch this weekend, and it’s not quite your average morning fare. There’s an English muffin sandwich with corned tongue and fried eggs, cheddar pancakes with foie gras maple syrup, and a gravlax board that comes with a shot of aquavit. Naturally, there’s also a special menu of morning cocktails, including one dubbed “Breakfast Cereal,” with rye, honey, sherry, and milk. Check out the full lineup straight ahead, and scope some photos of the grub and drinks in our slideshow.
