The condo development on the Embarcadero at 8 Washington Street (on the site of some current tennis courts), which will contain two new restaurants and which has caused no shortage of NIMBY controversy, has just been slapped with another delay. It won’t go up for a scheduled vote at the Planning meeting today because someone pointed out an error in the project’s public noticing. Per the developer, “We will not be deterred.” [Biz Times]
