Ravi Kapur, the chef formerly of Prospect, kicks off his first pop-up event this evening at Citizen’s Band. Although seating for the supper virtually sold out immediately, walk-ins will be welcome at the counter. The meal costs $65 and features dishes like clams with curry and pig’s ear, duck miso sausage, and beets with seaweed and ranch.
