Here’s something that’s surely nerve-racking and certainly something that no newly opened business wants to experience. In its ongoing work along 9th Street in Chinatown, PGW knocked out the gas line to Ramen Boy, the noodle bar from Yakitori Boy’s owners that we mentioned earlier this week had just opened and was operating a soft-launch mode.
