Quince’s Oscar Cocktails; Camber Coming to Oakland; and More

Jackson Square: Quince is doing an Oscars-themed cocktail list, with drinks inspired by famous films. But perhaps Two Women — which starred Sofia Loren and which centered around a brutal gang rape — wasn’t the best choice of inspiration? [SFist]
SoMa: Coffee Bar, which is in the process of opening its third location at 12th and Howard, is seeking pop-up vendors to utilize the kitchen and a takeout window at 1599 Howard. [SFoodie]
Bayview: A “Behind the Music”-style street food event called Behind the Cart, with a seated meal at Old Skool Cafe (1429 Mendell Street) catered by cart vendors like Angry Man Eats with a New Orleans theme, is happening March 2. It’s $65 per person, and you can get a seat here. [Grub Street]
Oakland: Something called Camber, with a full liquor license, is on its way to 1540 Broadway with owner Linda Saechao at the helm. [Grub Street]
Also, a new crepe place called Food Coma has just opened at 815 Washington Street, in Old Oakland. [EBX]
