New York Magazine and the International Culinary Center are once again teaming up for the New York Culinary Experience, which takes place this year on April 28 and 29. Chefs like Mark Ladner, Floyd Cardoz, and Dan Kluger will all be on hand, teaching classes and giving cooking demos.
