Since it’s Friday and we started the day with desserts, Grub’s decided to go out with another post about hot dogs. But it’s not just any old dog; the beauty pictured above is the latest cross-cultural franken-snack from Meritage’s Anne Coll. And tonight, she’s putting it on the menu for the first time. It’s made with Korean-spice marinated beef short rib rolled up in tube form, battered, and fried to a delicious golden brown. Out of the fryer, it goes on a potato roll and plated with kimchi, slaw and gochujang. It can be all your’s for $8. Going forward it will be served daily. We swear we’ll post about something healthy on Monday.
