Max & David’s, who spun their successful kosher catering operation into the popular Elkin’s Park destination restaurant of the same name, are gearing up to get into the food truck business. Bringing its certified kosher cuisine to Center City in the form of burgers, beef brisket, fries, and dairy free gelato and shakes, the truck should start rolling sometime this spring. [uwishunu]
